About Rhondaz Vital Fitness

What inspired me to become a trainer is the idea that health doesn’t have to be about extreme diets or spending hours in the gym. It’s really about consistency, finding balance, and making things a priority. You can definitely eat the cake—just not every day! I love helping people realize that small, steady changes make all the difference. And honestly, there’s nothing better than seeing the pure joy on someone’s face when they finally reach a goal or nail an exercise that used to feel impossible. That’s what makes all of it worth it.

Starting my studio was a bit of an adventure. I began by working out on a mat in my basement, surrounded by a furnace and all our storage. One day, I asked my husband to build a wall. He thought I was crazy at first, but once he saw my vision and how dedicated I was—working out 5-6 days a week—he jumped in to help. Together, we turned that space into a beautiful, inviting studio overlooking the river. That whole process really sparked something in me, and it motivated me to sign up for personal training and nutrition courses. It was a big step, but it was the push I needed to turn my passion into something I could share with others!”

My philosophy on fitness is all about making it a part of your life, not a chore. It’s about being consistent, finding what works for you, and embracing balance. Fitness doesn’t need to mean hours at the gym or strict diets—it’s about moving your body in ways that feel good and making time for it regularly. It’s the small, sustainable habits that lead to real results. I believe you can enjoy the things you love, like cake or a night out, as long as you find that balance. And at the end of the day, it’s about feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident—not just in your body, but in yourself. When people experience that ‘aha!’ moment where they can do something they once thought impossible, that’s what it’s all about for me.

Fitness isn’t about punishing workouts or saying no to your favorite foods. It’s about progress, not perfection. Together, we’ll build healthy habits that stick—and celebrate the wins, big and small.
